12 WEEK ARNOLD SPLIT PROGRAM (WITH FORM TUTORIALS)
This workout schedule consists of three days of intense activity followed by one day off for recovery. To aid you in naturally gaining muscle, I developed this regimen. It can be used for bulking or cutting. It's for 12 weeks, but I want you to do this for at least a year (no less than 6 months).
If you don't have a gym membership, please refrain from purchasing this program. This program was developed for individuals who have access to equipment (cables, dumbbells, etc.) and who are not afraid of basic compound movements.
In order to help you perform each exercise correctly, this application also includes links to tutorial videos that demonstrate proper form for each exercise.
