This program split is 5 days of training in a 7 day week. You hit each body part hard (with high volume) once a week. I have trained this way for years. It's easy to follow and the workouts are very effective.

 

If you don't have a gym membership, please refrain from purchasing this program. This program was developed for individuals who have access to equipment (cables, dumbbells, etc.) and who are not afraid of basic compound movements.

In order to help you perform each exercise correctly, this application also includes links to tutorial videos that demonstrate proper form for each exercise. You will be able to download this training material as soon as your payment has been received. Please make sure the email address listed in your billing information is accurate.
