This is a 9 week food plan to assist you in losing weight. This is designed for males who weigh 175 to 200 pounds and want to reduce body fat. Each week, you will receive 1 complete day's worth of eating examples. By doing this, you can avoid counting calories and worrying over what to eat. You just need to stick to the meal plan. As long as the macros and calories are fairly comparable at the end of the day, you can also swap out some of the meals and items in the meal plan. You can download this meal plan when you complete your purchase.
